    Please could you let me know if there is a way I can send out a test notification to one particular user as opposed to all the subscribers on my client’s list.

    May I confirm that your reference is to PublishPress Planner? None of the details provided seem relevant to PublishPress Authors.

    We have 9 sets of plugins under the name of “PublishPress”.
