I have a problem, due to the provider (Aruba).
The test mail is sent and receiver, the newsletter is flagged as sent but is never received by recipients. I tried using also an external SMTP (TeleTu) but the result is exactly the same.
I would like the have a more detailed debug report to understand the problem (is the email rejected by smtp? and why the test mail is not?)

  • Do you ever receive any e-mail from the site? (password reset, new user, etc.)??? If not, the problem is most likely this plugin…

Of course I receive ALL other emails, included the TEST mail from this plugin, but NOT the delivered newsletter. And the plugin says ‘mails send’

Hi, when you send a newsletter it is listed as “sending” with a couple of numbers (xx/yy). Then the newsletter should move to the sent status.

Does it happen on your installation?

do you mean e.g. “sending 1/20” and then “sent 20 of 20”? Yes it happens.

Yesm and no email is received? If you reach the 20/20 it means all email has been sent. Which is your provider? Have you asked them about mail delivery? May be you need to specify an SMTP.
