Test payment error

Hi @eviebpat

I understand you got this error when you tried making a payment with a test credit card.

We would need a little more information to better understand the issue. Which plugin(s) are you employing for payments? Also, may I know which payment gateway are you using?

It would be best if you can share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

I’ve turned the test status off for now, but I’m using WooCommerce payments and PayPal. I was using the test credit card 4242 4242 4242 4242 in the debit card section when the error happened.

It appears that this error is coming from WooCommerce Payments, more specifically Stripe.

Kindly contact WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support?for support with this extension. Please create the ticket using the account that you purchased the extension.
