    Hi Andrew,

I’ve checked this out with a few of the test details and all the cards I tested are working, so it sounds like you may have something else causing the error.

Having said that, could you paste here one of the specific examples you tried just in case it wasn’t included in the random batch I tested.

Also, please check that all fields are filled in on the settings page under Woocommerce > Payments.

    Thanks

    Hi Josh,

All fields are filled in on the Secure Trading credentials page.

I tested with the following cards listed on that page:

    MAESTRO
    MASTERCARD
    MASTERCARDDEBIT
    VPAY
    VISA

    Thanks
    Andrew

    Hi Andrew,

    I’ve tested those numbers:

    5000000000000611
    5100000000000511
    2221000000000991
    5124990000000101
    4370000000000061
    4111110000000211

And can confirm they are all working.

Can you please try disabling all other plugins other than WooCommerce and switch to a different theme if possible, to rule out a conflict. Please also confirm you’re using version 2.2.1 of the plugin.

I’ve tried disabling all other plugins other than WooCommerce and this is still failing with ‘declined by bank’ error.

Yea using the latest version 2.2.1

    Thanks,
    Andrew

Hmm, sounds like there’s something odd going on here as we can’t replicate this on a clean install of WordPress.

Are you happy for us to have access to your site to troubleshoot further? If so, please email us via [email protected] and we’ll be happy to take a look.

    Thanks,

Yea you can test an order/payment through to checkout at https://www.passprocurement.co.uk/product/test/

After the redirect the error appears.

    Thanks,

Sorry Andrew, I meant email us with details of login for the site, as then we can properly troubleshoot what kind of conflict you have there – we can’t determine this from the frontend only.

If you have access to a staging environment, I’d suggest copying the site there and then giving us full access so we can temporarily disable plugins and run other routine tests without effecting the live site.

    Thanks

    Hi Josh,

I’ve emailed over the credentials, we have a dev site setup but this is only accessible from within our network. I’ve tried disabling all other plugins and trying with just the Secure Trading plugin and still getting this issue on our site.

    Thanks,
    Andrew

    Hi Andrew,

Thanks for sending the details over. As we can’t access the dev site, I’d like to download a local copy using the Duplicator plugin, in order to be able to deactivate plugins etc, without affecting the live site.

Can you please confirm you’re happy for me to go ahead and do that?

I also noticed that WooCommerce and it’s extensions are all not on the latest versions. Can you please confirm you’ve tried updating those on your dev site?

    Thanks!

    Hi Josh,

We now have a dev site setup at https://passdev.bipsolutions.co.uk/

Test payments are still not working, and if we have a couple of different subscriptions in the basket then secure trading seems to disable itself.

For example if you click into CAPS in the navigation then add the 5 question and 10 question package then the secure trading gateway is no longer visible at checkout.

    Thanks,
    Andrew

    Hi Andrew,

Can you send me a login for the dev site to [email protected] please, and we’ll take a look.

    Thanks!

    Hi Andrew,

Thanks for sending the details across. Can you please just confirm you’re happy for me to do regular debugging tasks such as deactivating the theme, plugins etc? I know it’s a dev site but I just want to be sure!

    Thanks,
