• I’ve tried all the formats to send email notification per the instructions. WP Mail, PHP Mail, Pepipost. SMTP was a download not directly accessible to WordPress.

I’ve sent test email with each method and received a response. Then I wrote a Blog Post and never received a response.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello @javaman1,

Can you share these full screen screenshots with us of Email Subscribers > Reports and Email Subscribers > Settings > Email Sending? Also, if possible please test a broadcast as well and let us know if you receive it or not.

    Thank You!

I’ve sent a test email and did receive it. My wife is on the list and she also received an email. I’ve had several posts in the last two days and neither of us received a notification.

I took a screen shot of what you requested but don’t see any means to load it on this forum.

In addition, I set up one campaign for new website blog posts. Template type is set to “Post Notification.” It’s not working.

    Hi @javaman1,

You can upload the screenshots on any image hosting & sharing service like this one here imgbb and share the link with us. Or you can directly contact us here. Once we reply to it, you can send us the screenshots there.

    Thank You!

    Hello @javaman1,

Thank you for sharing the screenshots with us. I noticed you have disabled WordPress Cron in the Settings. Do you have your own cron set up on your server? If not then, we recommend you disable this option since in the free version of Email Subscribers, we use WordPress cron to send emails. For more understanding, you can read this part ‘Make sure WP cron is always enabled on the free version’ of this documentation

    Thank You!

I disabled WordPress Cron per your instructions, wrote a new post and did not receive a notification.

This doesn’t look like Rocket Science but with that said it’s not working for me. I’ve gone through your documentation as well.

    Hello @javaman1,

Ok, we might need to debug this further with the temporary admin access now in order to understand what is actually causing this issue. Could you contact us here directly and mention the link of this thread in it so that we can understand?

    Thank You!

    Hello !

I have the same issue on my blogs (I manage thousands blogs for education, multisite and monosite ones).

I tried several things : enable WP-Cron, disable WP-Cron (I have a crontab on my server).
All test emails are received but no post notification emails is sent.
If I use the “Send Queued Emails Now” button, the emails are sent.
On the “Reports” page, the new posts have “In Queue” status, but they are never sent.
I tried this plugin several months ago and all was working (on 2021-08-31) .
    Please could you help ?
I can send screenshots if it helps.

    Thanks in advance.
