test work, schedualed newsletter ignored

Newsletter status says there are posts to send and subscribers to send to, but the last sent date and next send date are blank. Same result for both Cron settings.

Test newsletters work for both Cron settings.

The time schedualed in settings comes and goes with nothing sent,
After which the Newsletter Status still shows posts to send, with send date still blank.

Same result for week, month, and daily, this is the case for both wpcron and regular cron.

I’ve been testing this plugin on a few sites for a while. So far can’t get it to work.
