Test works fine; popup does not show in real life.

    The test for my popup works fine, but the popup does not appear on any browser otherwise. I emptied the website’s cache and the browsers’ cache. Still nothing.

    Hi @ph59

    Thanks for reaching out. It seems like a plugin might be conflicting with our script. Can you please test by disabling any caching or popup plugins you may have and then try again in an incognito window?

    If that works fine, kindly enable the plugins one by one and see which one causes the issue to appear again.
