• I’m writing a new statistics plugin called StatTraq. I need volunteers to test out the installation and plugin for me. You can download the zip file read more about it at my blog. Thanks!

You should also note that the plugin now has a homepage:
https://www.randypeterman.com/StatTraq where the altest releases can be downloaded.

I have been testing stattraq and love it, but unfortunately I get the following error – only when clicking on a link to my blog from google – ie only when google has indexed a page and I click on the link in google to go to the page:
Database error: [You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ”site:www.pim-journal.com”)’ at line 1]
    INSERT INTO wp_stattraq (session_id, ip_address, url, article_id, referrer, user_agent, browser, search_phrase) values (‘bc6b2d843c69a61558ab66e955deccfc’,’217.194.34.121′,’/index.php’, ‘0’, ‘https://www.google.de/search?num=100&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&q=site%3Awww.pim-journal.com’,’Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; .NET CLR 1.0.3705; .NET CLR 1.1.4322)’,’Internet Explorer 6.0′, ‘site:www.pim-journal.com”)
    Any ideas?

I am also suddenly having a problem that none of the charts are displaying. This is not as tragic – I want to remove stattraq and re-install it and see if that solves the problem.

Please contact me ([email protected]) and we can experiment to see what gets worked out.

Is there a way to ban my IP address so my visits will not be recorded in the statistics??
Otherwise, this is a WONDERFUL plug-in, thank you!

I’m working on including those sorts of options right now. I hope to have it done this weekend, but I’ve been heavily hit with a big project. Keep your eyes on the StatTraq blog.
