Testimonial Basic – display stars for ratings

I found this and have Use Stars checked but it does not show stars.

I have Use 5 star rating system checked.

Please go through the user documentation. I see that you have there are no approved testimonials to display. That means your have not checked the Approve box in the Edit Testimonials panel.
