Testimonial Block- Transitions way too fast

I would like to use this block, but it switches from one testimonial to another so fast that nobody can even begin reading it. I do not accept the idea that “all you have to do is hover the mouse over it”, because who would know this, especially on mobile?

How can I increase the time it waits for the next testimonial to 5 seconds or so?
