    Dear @spottykay,

Thanks for reaching out to us & extremely sorry for the delayed response.

After reviewing the issue via the provided URL (https://caniondigitals.com/helicop/sample-page/), I can confirm that the testimonial stars are displaying properly. You can refer to this video (https://d.pr/v/IK9T2Z) for further clarification. Kindly clear the browser cache on your end, and hopefully, the stars will display correctly for you as well.

Let me know if there is anything else you need help with.

Hey there, I have the same or a very similar issue. On this Website: https://mrprospect.de/

Just underneath we have the testimonial Element which is amazing, but the stars are not showing on the web.

    Please help if possible.

    Hi,

I resolved the issues by going to Elementor Settings > Features tab > Looked for Inline Font Icons and set it to Inactive. That fixed the issue.

    Hi spottykay,

thanks for the help. I did what you said and it made all my icons on the site to look like a rectangle. I went back to the old setting and now it works!

    Hello Natalia,
Have you tried disabling other plugins except Elementor and elementskit?

    Hi @spottykay

    Thanks for your answer ??

No, I didn’t try disabling other plugins, but I just solved this problem another way:

Elementor > Settings > Features tab > Look for Inline Font Icons and set it to Default. Then Elementor Review Widget > Style > Reviews and under “Icon” I switched from “Font Awesome” to “Unicode”.

The design of the stars has changed, but at least now the Review Stars are showing properly, and all other icons are working as well.

    Good luck, everyone!
