Fixed Widget cannot automatically detect another fixed element since there is no standard for it. You can use the Top Margin and Footer Margin options or the Stop Elements option though to fine-tune the behavior to your liking.

I tried to apply by css and i got success to hide the form under testimonal/footer. but i didn’t find how this attached red area marked i can hide can you please check and suggest
