    The Testimonial that you are using on your site is a third-party testimonial widget – https://snipboard.io/6GSujc.jpg
    It is outside our support scope to assist with tird-party Elementor addons or themes as we don’t have control over those third-party plugins.

    Which part is third party because it says elementor and elementskit all over the screenshot?

    The testimonial widget is from ElementsKit, not Elementor.
