Testimonial images have shrunk and ribbon colours not working

If you are a premium user, but can’t login to your account, you can get in touch to us via the Pre-sales form here https://themeisle.com/contact/. Just make sure to mention that you are a premium user.

Until then, to fix the issue with the testimonial images, you can add this code in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

.card-testimonial .card-avatar, .card-testimonial .card-avatar img {
  max-width: 500px !important;
  max-height: 500px !important;
}

For the image in the About section, I see the image is loading well https://vertis.d.pr/i/NbR5d5. Maybe you can share more details about the issue.

And for the Ribbon section, I can’t see it on the site. Let me know if I’m missing something.

Thank you for the response but this hasn’t changed anything. The testimonial images are still really small and both the ribbon and about us section should have colourful images behind the text – it’s like they have a black overlay for some reason.

When adding the additional css, I noticed all of our previous CSS has been removed. I’m not sure why this is or how it has happened.

The Pro account was purchased by the developer who built our site, and not directly by us but I have now purchased our own subscription and have raised a ticket.
