    Hi Mindbogl, Janet,

    I am sorry about the trouble.

    There might be some conflict because of any other testimonials shortcode in any other plugins or theme you are currently having. So, could you please use this shortcode instead [testimonialswidget_list] . It provides the same functionality as the one you are using and having issue with.
