    Hi,

    I updated to the latest version 2.38 and the testimonials are no longer showing up. I’m using the slideshow with the unstyled version and set height to match the tallest item. All the testimonials are loading correctly and the arrows display to navigate through them all, but the actual testimonials themselves don’t display.

    I’ve tried disabling all other plugins and removing all my custom display css, still no luck…

    Kind regards,
    Andrew

    Hi,

    I’ve investigated a little further and it seems height is no longer being dynamically set on the wpmslider-viewport div as an element style. It is still being set on the testimonials themselves, but not on this container div.

    Kind regards,
    Andrew

    I’d like to echo this issue. My views show up for a split section, then collapse with no height.

    Thanks in advance!

    Same here – they display for a second then disappear. This occurs on the slider.

    This helped as a temp fix:

    .strong-view.default.slider-container .strong-content {
    min-height: 300px;
    }

    Same issue here.
    Tried your temp fix Carla, but did not work for me. Thank you for posting though.

    Same issue here. I rolled back to 2.37 for now.

    Hello guys,

    Thank you for letting us know and I apologize for the inconvenience!
    Could you please send me your testimonials’ page url so we can take a look?
    Also a screenshot with your View settings would help so we can reproduce this on our end.

    Thank you so much,
    Mihaela

    No crazy configurations with the view settings.

    Same here. Everything looks the same on the backend, the listing page and form are there, but slider widgets are just gone after updating the plugin as well as WP. With all these similar reports, who needs screenshots? This is not the first time such updates have proven problematic. We probably will be looking for a different plugin to add reviews to our client sites. Cheers!

    Thank you so much, @jhg03!
    We will be releasing an update today addressing this. Really, really sorry for the hiccup!

    @ame-network,
    We are really sorry to hear that. You’ve put your trust in us and this plugin to keep your testimonials running smoothly, and I understand how disappointing it might be when bugs occur. We sincerely apologize for that!

    We’re doing our best here trying to push out updates as soon as possible while also addressing issues the previous owner might have missed. If you’re unhappy with Strong Testimonials, there’s really nothing we can do about it right now but to ask for a bit more patience and understanding.

    We adopted this plugin and we’re digging through thousands of lines of codes as fast as we possibly can. Mistakes can happen, sometimes. We’re all only human, after all.

    In the coming hours, we’ll be releasing an update containing a fix.
    I hope you’ll accept this apology from me on behalf of our entire team.

    Kind regards,
    Mihaela

    Hey guys,

    Just wanted to let you know we released the update.
    Really grateful for your understanding during this.

    Warmest regards,
    Mihaela
