Testimonials not rotating

Could you please send me a screenshot with your slideshow settings so I can try to recreate this?
I have checked ST on a test website and the slideshow works as it should.

Also what WP version do you have?

WP 4.9.9, this host hasn’t upgraded to 5.x yet. Is that the problem?

I have same problem in WordPress version 5.1.
Slider is not working.
