I have made changes in testimonials.php to work but still its not working in some computers.
My changes –

section where I have added them

Many thanks for taking a look. I am getting the problem on all of my browsers – Chrome, Edge and IE. Basically the widgets will not load when you land on the page until you start scrolling down.

I am using windows 10 on a brand new laptop. I have also checked on another laptop and it also has issues loading the widgets. It will load them in Chrome but not in IE or Firefox.

I can’t seem to be able to copy the screenshots here to show you.

Please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
