Can you please explain what would you like to test exactly?

and it does not have an option to tell what url to use

Our plugin connects to DHL Express API to get shipping rates in real-time. If you want to test the plugin you need to install it in your shop or use our demo account. problem is that your free plugin requires an real DHL account
i got a testing/developer account and i need to use the url they gave me

you dont need a real account to test with them, but you need to use a different API url

Thank you for the clarification. To use test credentials you need to enable test mode. You can do it by adding the following filter to the functions.php file of your theme:
add_filter('flexible_shipping_dhl_express_testing','__return_true');
