    Hi there,

    I just setup this plug-in and I look forward to seeing how it plays out.

    I just finished designing and turning on each of the email notifications. I have a few shipments currently in progress, but I was curious to know if I as the admin would somehow be able to view / track the e-mails that customers will soon be receiving, just to ensure that they display and function as I’d like them to?

    Also, does the tracking widget get dynamically added to the customer’s “View Order” page along with the unique “Tracking Page” that this plugin creates?

    Lastly, is there to set it so that the “more info” links in the e-mails link to the “Tracking Page” on our site vs. the courier’s site?

    Hi @alex-h-1
    1. In WordPress admin, navigate to TrackShip > Logs to see a log of all the emails/SMS notifications that were sent out based the shipment statuses.
    2. Yes, the tracking widget will also display to the View Order Page. And on the settings, you can enable the tracking page on your store.
    3. If you enabled the tracking page, the tracking links on the emails will lead to the trackign page on your store.

    Thanks for getting back to me!

    I just took a peak at our log, but it’s showing any sent e-mails, despite all e-mails being activated and there also being changes happening with the shipment. Any idea why that’s the case?

    I should note that I activated this plugin yesterday, and there is only one shipment currently in transit. Since activating yesterday, said shipment has only had one shipping update (from departed facility to in transit).

    Also, on another note, I am trying to setup an automation in Zapier that communicates shipping progress into a Slack channel for a respective order. Does this plugin update the order’s meta data with changes of shipment status?

    Hi @alex-h-1 – please login to your TrackShip account and open a ticket from the support chat and share with them an example tracking number that the emails were not sent.
