Testing Fall Back SMTP service

    Hi there,

    We recently had issues with our clients primary settings, so we added in a fall back SMTP service, but I don’t see any options to send a test email with the fall back account. How can we test this to make sure it’s working correctly before it’s actually needed?

  • one method I’ve used is to change the password of the main account such that it fails. It should turn use the fall back service to complete the mail send.

    @toddedelman Hi,

    @shinerweb is correct, at the moment there is only way to test your Fallback service.

    We are working on it, and we will add the fallback testing feature in our future release.
