Testing from Croatia

    I am trying to prevent anyone sending email if they are located in a country other that the USA or Canada. I selected “Allow only the following countries” and selected USA and Canada. I am on vacation in Croatia, so I think any email I send thru contact form 7 should be blocked. But it sent the email anyway. Is there something I need to do differently, or how can I run diagnostics on this please?
