Testing functionality process list

    I have installed and attempted to test this plugin.

    Either it does not work on a fresh install with only woocommerce enabled or I am testing incorrectly.

    What exactly do I need to do to verify the plugin works.

    I need to know for a logged in user and for a guest user.

    Hello,

    Are the WP Cron Jobs enabled and working on your site? You should check this first.

    If so, to test it correctly the best is to use 2 users. An admin user to check the abandoned carts in the backend and a customer user for abandoning the cart.
    Set the “Cart abandoned cut-off time” option to 1 minute.

    With the customer (it must be logged in), add something to the cart and immediately stop navigating on the shop pages with that user. You can log out and log in with the admin user.
    The cron job runs every 10 minutes to check if there are new abandoned carts.
    Check the abandoned carts page YITH -> Abandoned Cart -> Carts tab, in a few minutes the cart should appear. If you visit any frontend page with the customer user, the process will start again from the beginning.

    Please note that guest users cannot abandon carts with the free version of this plugin.
