Testing Memory Load

    I just added this plugin to a dev server on a VPS. I was almost immediately notified that my resources needed to be reset because of a spike in server load.

    This is not an issue in itself but I need to know if there will be a large overall increase in server load or if there is a spike during the install process.

    I was able to reset some of the preferences (most were already where I want them) and was getting very excited about using this plugin for my client, then I got the notification about memory.

    I just need to know what I should plan for as far as server overhead. thanks for any help you can provide.

    Yes, the spike happens during install. The average amount of memory for the tracker is about 2 to 3 megs, and about 10 megs for the reports.

    Thanks for your quick response. I have reactivated the plugin on the DEV server and have had no further issues.

    Looking onto operation and possibly adding features.

    Just noticed, on the Daily graphs, x-index is numerical from 1 to 28 starting from installation. So 1 is the 1st day of installation and so on. Wouldn’t it be better if it showed the actual date?

    Even if it is supposed to represent the month, the first data point should be at 24 in my case. And what about months with more than 28 days?

    Well, when you look at a calendar (monthly view) you get all days starting from one. However we have an add-on that allows you to customize that, and set the default view to the last 30 days, instead of the current month

    The chart is displaying the current month along with the previous one. February had 28 days this year, and we are currently on March 26, so there is no point in showing March 29 ?? Unless you have an add-on that can predict the future! On March 29 you’ll see that the chart will change accordingly. Does it make sense?
