    Hello,

This is a fab plugin, so simple but functionally perfect, thank you.

I’m curious though, I have an old HTML site in my domain for a friend. Ive then created a new WordPress; outside of the current website, so i have created https://www.site.com/new/. Eventually, we will remove the HTML site and move the WP across. For now, should i just not bother with your plugin? Wait until i remove the HTML site, move over and then install? Not sure if i try to install it now, could have issues later on or even now due to the HTML/folder setup to WP issue?

    Thank you

    Hi @rich99,

Really Simple SSL will only make changes to the WordPress directory the site is installed in (/new/). If the site currently has a valid SSL certificate you can safely enable Really Simple SSL as it won’t cause issues with the existing site. Moving a site with Really Simple SSL installed can be done safely and won’t cause any issues.
