• Hello all!

I’m building my first website (Purchased via GoDaddy and built using WordPress). I’ve been using wooCommerce plugins to build my website (Base wooCommerce, Stripe, and Subscription) and have so far been pleased with the experience. Unfortunately I’ve ran into some stumbling blocks right before my site is scheduled to go ‘live’.

I am currently testing in the test environment, and whenever I get an error message for the following test cases (Charge declined for expired card, incorrect CVC, processing error, & card declined due to fraudulent reason) I get an error message at the top of my screen stating ERROR: “”.

Does anyone know how to make the error message reflect the corresponding error? My business is dependent on how many initial customers I receive, and I don’t want them getting frustrated and tabbing out because they cannot resolve their credit cards.

Background info: My first time using stripe or doing web development in general but I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty. What can I do to resolve this issue?

Thanks to anyone in advance for reading up to this point!

  • Since you mentioned Subscription else i would advised you to try this one but it does not support subscriptions.

Thank you for the suggestion webmicroz! Unfortunately time is too short, my site is set to open later today and I have too much of a time investment to be switching plug-ins at the last moment.
