Tests do not show any views or conversions

  • I have set up and started a test with 2 different Elementor Single Post Templates for a custom post type. However, I do not see any visits or conversions displayed in the backend (I have visited pages from a different device and performed conversion action).

    I have checked the box “Load variants using?nabAlternative?cookie” in WP-Rocket, and cleared the cache.

    I can see the second version of pages when I use ‘?nab=1&nabforce’

    Maybe there is something else I am missing?

    Hi @vertigoxxl ,

    Is the A/B test active? I visited the page you indicated and no test is active in that URL.

    Did you follow the instructions here?

    Yes, the test shows as “Running…”, and I have followed the instructions, and tried both options, with dynamic cashing, and with query arguments. Cleared cache all the time.

    It looks like you’re running a template test. However, the test is not active in the URL you shared with me, which makes me think that this page is not using the tested template. This would explain why no alternative content is loaded when visiting this page, regardless of your settings.
