Tests fail when sending to Yahoo

  • Hello,

    I am using the latest versions of WP, gravity forms, and wp mail smtp.

    I have not been able to get any mail through the website to my client, who hosts their email with Yahoo Business. I installed this plugin hoping it would solve the problem, and I can send emails fine to every account I test, except for accounts at Yahoo Business – I have even gotten success with a yahoo.com email.

    When I send a test to my client’s email, I get this error:
    SMTP -> FROM SERVER:250 OK
    SMTP -> FROM SERVER:550 No Such User Here
    SMTP -> ERROR: RCPT not accepted from server: 550 No Such User Here
    SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: [client’s email address]

    My client can receive regular email just fine – their email account is set up and working – but they cannot receive any email through their website.
