In our email editor, you’ll find a “Preview” button that allows you to see a preview version of your newsletter immediately. You can also send the current version of the newsletter to a specific email address by selecting the “Send to email” option, which ensures you can test out your changes by sending them only to yourselves. Additionally, you might want to consider creating a staging website using the WP Staging Plugin. This allows you to test out changes in a cloned, non-public site, thus ensuring you can make changes/improve without disrupting or sending tests to your live site or subscribers.

We gather that you wish to automate sending a confirmation email to the users whenever their posts go live. However, we would like to understand the process and the involved variables better.

I have created a website for a family member where interested parties can put information into the website – which, however, must be approved by the administrator before it appears.

In this connection, email is sent to interested parties who are subscribed to a mailpoet list when the post is published, it works fine.

However, I would also like an email to be sent to the person who made the post, to show that it was now published… However, their email address is a field in the current record.

The information is entered with FluentForms and ACF – and is thus also stored in FluentForms.

Is it possible – or can you give me another way to go?

The information is entered with FluentForms and ACF – and is thus also stored in FluentForms.

You will need to extract the emails from the Fluentforms and add them to a MailPoet list to be sent an email. Until these emails are extracted from fluentform, it would be hard to configure sending an email via MailPoet.
