Text alignment when translation is not offered

I am trying to move the icons in my /ar footer to the front of the text.

I manged to do it for the texts I could translate but for the one that TranslatePress does not offer translation, I could not do it.
I think TranslatePress does not offer translation cause it’s written in HTML
