  • Hi there,

    Thank you for writing in,

We have just gone through your link. It seems like there is a problem in your image size. Please kindly follow 1920 x 1080 pixels image size. If this does not help you to fix your issue then please let us know we will look into your issue.

If you mean the slider button is not showing then this is not an issue. If the slider button is removed because it takes space and covers slider images and the slider information is not useful to the visitors.

    Thank You!!

I think you are providing me the dimension of slider images. My problem is with the full width widgets. While viweing from mobile, they dont become responsive rather overlaps each other. Kindly visit my site via mobile(you will notice). Plus i haven’t uploaded large number of images on my homepage yet, still the pagespeed score of my homepage is less than 20. Kindly look into this matter. Looking forward to your positive and quick reply. thanks in advance.

    ???

    Hi there,

    Thank you for writing in,

We have checked your site properly and provided the recommended image size for your full promo banner. Please check this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/oufp6r, we have changed the link of the image of your full promo banner and it looks fine.

1920 x 1080 pixels is the dimension of the image, not a size you can reduce the size of the image using the photo editing tools or you can use wp smush plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-smushit/ to reduce the size of your site image.

We provide the instruction with a good reason, please follow once and if the solution does not works then please let us know.

    Regards!!
