    Limit text field to X characters. GREAT

    But…. If only you had the SAME function for TEXTAREA.

    I have a form in Elementor with

    First Name

    Last NAme

    email

    mobile number state or territory

    Message – I want to LIMIT this field enrty to X characters .

    The option is there for Text Field, so can we please have it for Text Area

    We appreciate your feedback regarding the Text Area field limitation feature. At the moment, based on our assessment, it seems that this option may not be widely requested by our users. Therefore, implementing it for Text Area fields is not currently on our development roadmap.

    Text Area field characters limitation feature added in version 1.0.3!

    Will you be adding this to the API as well, rather than just single site options?

    I would definitely use this.
