Text area blue hover

Hi,
The hover over the forminator textarea blue cannot be changed. It happens on every theme with or without other plugins.

It’s the default blue that your forms have. I even bought pro at one stage to try and change this an it didn’t change this colour in the text area.

I can change the blue on every other part of the form (mainly hover colour) but I just can’t on the text area.

I have a recording of it but can’t see where to upload it?
