Text area in form not displayed in submissions and mails

I just tested a form with a Textarea field on my test site, and the content of the Textarea does indeed appear as expected in both the Submissions and the email notification (using the {all_fields} macro):

So the first things I would check would be possibly page cache interfering with the form submission on your site, or perhaps some other active plugin conflicting.

Please ensure you have the option to “Prevent page caching on form pages” enabled in your form’s Behavior settings.

If that does not resolve the issue, try temporarily deactivating all other plugins and submit your form again to see if the Textarea content submits as it should.

If it does, then you’d know there is another plugin conflicting, and you’d want to reactivate plugins one by one, and test the form again each time until the issue re-appears. You’ll have then found the conflict and we can proceed from there. ??

Thanks for your answer.
It is not coming from the caching as I activated it.
I will try to deactivate my plugins one by one but it might take some time.
I will let you know in my next comment if it solved it.

To create a staging website without affecting the live site.
