Text Area, Toolbar, And Other Issues On Backend

Try deactivating *all* plugins (just making sure it’s all of them). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

If neither of those made any difference, let’s rule-out the browser. First, please make sure that your browser is up to date by visiting https://whatbrowser.org/

If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

If it is, please do these two things:

1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

We went ahead and ensured all plugins were disabled in which they were. We additionally went ahead and switched over to the Twenty Seventeen theme as well but all issues as described still remain. We went ahead and cleared all broser cache and cookies. Here are the machines we are currently testing on:

Mac OSX El Capitan (ver 10.11.6) with Chrome (ver 60.0.3112.101).
Mac OSX Sierra (ver 10.12) with Chrome (ver Version 60.0.3112.101).

Did you ensure that all Chrome extensions were disabled as well? Particularly, ad an tracker blockers have been known to wipe out whole sections of the Dashboard, like the nightmare of all false-positives.

We do not have any chrome extensions installed at all as we do not utilize them.

We got our issue resolved via support from GoDaddy! If I find out what we had to do will post it in here for others for future reference!!
