text box inside page

Would like to know if I can put a text box inside a page and have text wrap around it. It will be a static page. Is there a widget to do this or can I do it by using an html code with the list inside? Either this or be able to split page. Trying to get multiple lists apear side by side. Any other way to do this, Im open for sugestions.
