Text Color Unreadable on Variable Product Text

My background is dark. The text color on “Choose an option” is dark gray. Seems to be dark gray by defaultso that readers can’t see “Choose an option” or any other of the varibles available for the products.
How can I make this text a really light gray? Do I need a CSS code?
