Text Column Width

  • Is there a way I can limit the width of a text column without affecting the template I am using?

    In the link below is an example of what I would like to fix. I was hoping to limit the width of the text only to about 500px, is that possible?
    I’d still like to keep the look of the page exactly the same.

  • Yes, you can do this with padding applied to your content div’s css. You will need to edit your theme’s style.css. For examples and instructions, try Google searches for css padding and for css box model.
