Text contains show wrong amount on my posts

We apologize about the support delay. We are working through support posts. We understand the text count is wrong. We would like some more information.
1. Are you using a pagebuilder plugin like Visual Composer?
2. Are you using shortcodes to embed content?
3. Are you using custom fields to add words to the page?
4. If you clear all your caches, does the issue resolve?

I think its the pagebuider causing it. One my old post is not using the page builder and the word count is correct. Is there a way to fix this?

We also think it is the pagebuilder. Can you elaborate more on exactly what kind of modules you are using in Enfold? For example, are you using text modules to add words or some other kind(s)?

Yes using a text block in the builder for posts.

I forgot to mention that I am using the same builder for the pages using the text blocks and the word count is fine.
