Text display issue on Tasty Recipes plugin

Hi there! We are trying to add ratings without comments to the Tasty Recipes plugin using your plugin as suggested by them in https://support.wptasty.com/en/articles/1067554-filter-comment-free-ratings.

We get a weird overlap of text when we do, and when I let them know about it (spoke to Amber) they asked me to refer it to you.
