    Dear @halim81,

    Thank you for the topic.

    To achieve your desired result, you need to use the HTML <sup> tag.
    You need to write the element you want to display at the top like this:
    (PO4)<sup>3</sup>

    Also, you need to enable the?Use HTML for answers option.

    As to the second question. At the moment, the plugin is designed like that and an input must be there.
    Unfortunately, it is not possible to insert an Editor there.

    FYI, please note, that the HTML <sub> tag lowers your desired text down.

    Okay!

    We need an option to preview questions how they look like while editing it?

    This is so crucial preview questions while editing like post and pages????????????????????

    Dear @halim81,

    Thank you for your response.

    At the moment, unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t have the Preview feature.
    It is not a separate WordPress post and it is not developed like that.

    You can add the question to the quiz, insert the quiz shortcode into the post and check what it looks like on the front end.
