    Hi @rrcstudio ,

our plugin has been tested and works on the listed versions. Any changes you make to our scripts can only cause additional problems.

I would ask you to install a clean lite version of our plugin and take a video or send a screenshot with the problem you have so we can see what you missing.

I wish you a pleasant rest of the day and pleasant holidays.

@dkurecki I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. While I know you have the best of intentions, it’s forum policy that you not ask users for admin or server access. Users on the forums aren’t your customers, they’re your open source collaborators, and requesting that kind of access can put you and them at high risk.

If they are paying customers (such as people who bought a premium service/product from you) then by all means, direct them to your official customer support system. But in all other cases, you need to help them here on the forums.

Thankfully are other ways to get information you need:

    You get the idea.

We know volunteer support is not easy, and this guideline can feel needlessly restrictive. It’s actually there to protect you as much as end users. Should their site be hacked or have any issues after you accessed it, you could be held legally liable for damages. In addition, it’s difficult for end users to know the difference between helpful developers and people with malicious intentions. Because of that, we rely on plugin developers and long-standing volunteers (like you) to help us and uphold this particular guideline.

When you help users here and in public, you also help the next person with the same problem. They’ll be able to read the debugging and solution and educate themselves. That’s how we get the next generation of developers.

    Hi,

feel free to send a screenshot here, upload it to one of the online image upload services and post a screenshot here.

It would also be ideal if you send us a list of all the plugins you use and which versions so that we can see in more detail what it is about.

    Hi @rrcstudio ,

thanks a lot for the screenshots you submitted, now it was much easier to test you the problem with the slider.
Testing your case, we realized that our slider works minimally with version 4.8 of WordPress, since we use some WordPress methods that just appeared in version 4.8. I would ask you to upgrade your WordPress to version 4.8. and our plugin will work properly for you, so we tested on our side and it works successfully after we are with 4.7. moved to 4.8.

Here you can find all versions of WordPress
    https://www.ads-software.com/download/releases/

So install a minimum of 4.8.

I’m glad we were able to help you after you submitted the screenshots.

And we will also add from our side in the next relay that the minimum version for us is plugin 4.8, not 4.6. as now stated in the minimum.

We wish you a pleasant rest of the day!
