• I have a site with several users. To edit one specific page, one of the users has 2 problems.
    – She can only see the text-mode, the button to go to wysiwyg-mode does nothing.
    – The text in text-mode is white, so it is only visible if selected.
Other pages appear normal under her account and non of the other users have this problem.
    I already tried the following:
    – deleting the user and adding it again
    – add define(‘SCRIPT_DEBUG’, true); to wp-config (found this in a similar post).
    Any ideas anyone?

I had the same problem. Also “Screen Options” wasn’t working for me at all. What I did was installing WordPress 3.8.3 and update it to 3.9.1 through WordPress and it fixed the issue. However, I’ve done it for a brand new website and it might be not the best solution for an existing website with data.
