When I try to work on a new post, all of my links are showing up as white. I’m not sure why this is happening. When I publish the post, it works fine and inherits my themes link colors (Zita theme). I can’t figure out for the life of me why the links in the editor are all white.

When I highlight the link text, a box pops up on the right hand side warning me that, “This color combination may be hard for people to read. Try using a brighter background color and/or a darker link color.”

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated…luckily I’m bald so I can’t pull my hair out, but my brain cells are slowly fading…

    Hey there!

First thing that comes to mind would be a possible plugin using some CSS rule to make that happen. I would begin by deactivating all plugins first to see if that does resolve the issue if not I would use the developer tools to see exactly where that is coming from.

Do let us know if that helps you out in some way.

Thanks for the response. I went through and deactivated each plugin, one at a time, then refreshed a post page I was working on after each deactivation, and the problem is still there.

Interesting…when I import a document that already has links, it looks fine in one big block. As soon as I click “convert to blocks,” that’s when the link text turns white and can’t see on page. Ugh
