Text editor part is not available on new post

Hi Guys,
Please help us. I didn’t find the exact problem on older topics…
We have changed our server rebuilding the database, the freshest WP and all plugins and the theme too.
The site with the old content works perfect.
However i can’t create a new post or page, more precisely when i add a new post it doesn’t have text editor part on. Interestingly when i edit an existing post or page they work properly.
Is there any experience or idea about such a weird problem?
