Text enhance Can't remove need help bad!

  • As I have read from many post on text-enhance from many support forums and tech forums, this is definately uninvited, intusive malware/adware-like program that hides itself under many names, does not have typical virus definitions so it goes undetected by scans, never opted-in, haven’t installed anything that offered it to me or an option not to install. Have tried all of the so-called resolutions including going to their fake site with fake support site(helpdesk), only get automated emails with the same so-called solution to enable 3rd party cookies (WTF) why would I want to do that??
    I hate text-enhance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    very intrusive annoince and messing with my wordpress. Never had this problem before WordPress.
    any REAL solutions please help

    I am so sick of it I am prepairing a very detailed screencast and forum comments package for my friend in the industry for local news consumer reporters to have it dealt with on National News as another virus attack on unsuspecting consumers. It is ALL marketing-driven bullcrap. They will be put on front street if it’s the last thing I ever do because they have interfeared with my work

    No idea what you are talking about – can you explain calmly? WordPress itself does not add anything like that.

    text enhance is a hidden virus or whatever you want to call it, quite known, do a google and a nuisance. It turns random words into text links to products like adware, it hijacks the users browsers to show these links on their pages and is very intrusive. I have tried everything.

    please provide a link to your site. What theme are you using & where did you obtain it?

    I have heard of this issue being caused by people using themes from untrustworthy sources. So that should be ruled out as a possible cause before further investigation into the cause in your case.
