Text excerpt not appearing in one post after update to 3.8.13.3

I haven’t been able to find anything and I haven’t changed my theme files at all. I checked to see if it could be something within the “screen options” in the post, or on the dashboard but it seems to be set correctly. Any other suggestions?

Ok figured it out. It was having a floating ” sign in the title. Instead, I changed it to " and that worked. For some reason the new wordpress includes the title as code now.
