What were you using to edit the page? I’ve never seen that program before.

That was Chrome Developer Tools, it’s a built-in tool. You just need to press F12 or right click on the element and click on the Inspect Element menu. Anyway, that tool doesn’t solve your problem, it only helps you visualize where in your style.css file you need to change the code.
