text field being emailed

We created a waiver form and when it is signed and submitted and email confirmation is sent to the administrators. The confirmation email shows various pieces of information that was collected from the form:
? player name
? parent name
? parent email
? i agree with the waiver
? today’s date

The piece of info that would be great to include within the email is the actual waiver text itself.
Can this be programmed to make this happen?
