Text field size problem

    This is a great plugin and very useful.

    With regards to the text field size, I am not able to get this to work, I have tried several different ways and none work.

    Please advise, thank you

    <p>Company / Business Name<br />
    [text company size:50] </p>

    and

    <p>Company / Business Name<br />
    [text company size 50] </p>

    and
    <p>Company / Business Name<br />
    [text size:50 company ] </p>
